When we collect and process data, we ensure that it is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes of the processing carried out. We take steps to ensure that the data we process is accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date.
If you refuse to provide us with this information, we may not be able to offer you our services effectively.
We protect your personal data by means of physical and logical measures such as access restrictions to equipment and premises, and password policies.
We do not pass on your personal data to third parties, except in the case of our subcontractors or third parties legally authorized by law or by their functions to have access to it.
Transfer of data outside the European Union
All the personal data we process is hosted in France. Consequently, we do not transfer personal data outside the European Union.
This being said, the specificities of a case with an international scope and the interests of our customers may lead us in certain cases to transfer personal data outside the European Union, in which case these transfers are based alternatively on :
- the necessity of the transfer for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (art. 49 e) RGPD);
- the necessity of the transfer for the performance of the contract concluded between the firm and our customers or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of our customers (art. 49 b) RGPD).
We only keep your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes of the processing carried out, depending on whether your data has been processed as part of the management of your file and to comply with our legal obligations.

In exceptional cases, longer periods may apply to our customers’ data, for example when it is required as part of an ethical procedure.
Under the applicable regulations, you have the right to access, query, rectify, port and delete information concerning you, as well as the right to limit processing and to define general or specific directives concerning the conservation, deletion and communication of your personal data after your death.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time if you have previously given it to us.
