Sandra started her career as a criminal lawyer at Léon Lef Forster before joining the legal department of SNCF as a lawyer and then as head of intellectual property for the SNCF-Voyages branch. She then joined a business law firm as a senior IP lawyer, before joining Clairmont Avocats where she was appointed partner in March 2013.
Sandra decided to create her own firm with her partner Alexandre Nappey and their entire team on October 1, 2017.
SCAN AVOCATS was born, with a main office in Paris and secondary offices in Lyon and Strasbourg.

Alexandre Nappey started his career within an IP firm. He established and managed its multimedia department for 12 years. In 2012, he joined the first European business law firm as a senior manager in intellectual property and IT law, before joining Clairmont Avocats as a partner in August 2015.

In October 2017, Alexandre NAPPEY decided to create his own firm with his partner Sandra CABANNE and their entire team.

And so SCAN AVOCATS came into existence, with its main office in Paris and two branch offices in Bordeaux and Strasbourg.

Numerous of his articles have been published in legal reviews and on the internet. Alexandre participated in the drafting of the Lamy publication on Media and Communications law and co-authored the work ‘Le .fr, une zone de confiance’.

Experience

Alexandre Nappey started his career within an IP firm. He established and managed its multimedia department for 12 years. In 2012, he joined the first European business law firm as a senior manager in intellectual property and IT law, before joining Clairmont Avocats as a partner in August 2015.

In October 2017, Alexandre NAPPEY decided to create his own firm with his partner Sandra CABANNE and their entire team.

And so SCAN AVOCATS came into existence, with its main office in Paris and two branch offices in Bordeaux and Strasbourg.
